The role requires quick, accurate order taking, payment handling, and bar upkeep. You will describe oyster origins and flavors, work with teammates, and contribute to a culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with guests at an oyster bar.
• Ability to shuck oysters and explain flavor profiles to guests.
• Comfort with taking orders, handling payments, and closing checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests at the oyster bar and share daily oyster availability.
• Shuck oysters to order and deliver excellent guest service.
• Take orders, deliver, receive payment, and close guest checks.
• Pre-bus and maintain the bar top to keep the area running smoothly.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a hospitable atmosphere.
