Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively in English; second language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shucks fresh oysters or clams with shucking knife.
• Cleans & prepares shellfish and other seafood for serving.
• May mix sauces from ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and other ingredients.
• Ensure oyster bar is properly prepared per procedures.
• Provide assistance to bar staff with filling ice, stocking and cleanup.
• Follow recipes and plating requirements for dishes.
