Little Creek Casino Resort is hiring an Oyster Bar Shucker to join the team at the Squaxin Island Seafood Bar. You will prepare and serve fresh oysters and seafood, craft cocktails, and take guest orders to provide an exceptional dining experience.

This role offers potential tips on top of hourly wages and a fast-paced work environment. Essential duties include shucking shellfish, stocking seafood, daily line checks, and cashiering as needed.

Qualifications

• Three months related experience and/or training.
• Previous bartending experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares seafood showpieces and shells, shucks oysters and clams.
• Prepares all alcoholic beverages and serves daily soups/stews.
• Cashiers as needed and assists guests with orders.
