Whistle Express is hiring for an Associate to own the customer experience across the lot, wash tunnel, and vacuum area. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on guiding guests through the wash experience while maintaining a safe, efficient site.

You will drive guest satisfaction, support membership growth, and ensure smooth daily operations through strong teamwork and a can-do attitude. No prior experience required; a 60-day training program sets you up from day one.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day structured certification program.
• You’ll guide guests through the wash experience and upsell memberships.
• You’ll maintain safety and cleanliness across the site.
• You’ll follow policies related to pricing and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth.
• Wash Station: prep vehicles, operate equipment safely, identify preexisting conditions.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, maintain inventory.
• General duties: opening/closing, tunnel maintenance, and supplies setup.
