Job summary

Whistle Express is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running at full speed. You will move actively on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, delivering a quick, friendly wash experience and helping customers manage memberships.

The role is physically demanding and outdoors, with a 60-day structured certification program for new hires. No prior experience required, and you’ll be joining a tight-knit crew dedicated to customer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station with a friendly attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness at Wash Station.
• Assist with vehicle prep and identify preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and communicate issues to the team.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and manage member accounts.
• Stock detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Open and close duties; keep tunnel clean and safe.
