Job summary

ParkerBeth is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects across California from preconstruction through warranty. You will work with field crews, clients, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to specification.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, at least 3 years in waterproofing, deck coatings, or roofing, and a track record of strong safety, quality, and client relationships. California travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in waterproofing, deck coatings, or roofing.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Ability to interpret drawings, reports, scopes of work, and specs.
• Strong leadership to coordinate field crews and subs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented approach to execution, quality, and client service.
• Valid California driver's license and ability to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish; manage preconstruction, execution, closeout, and warranty.
• Lead field execution; coordinate crews and subcontractors to spec.
• Drive financial performance; budgets, procurement, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Protect quality; verify critical installations and minimize rework.
• Build strong client relationships with managers, boards, and consultants.
• Keep stakeholders informed with schedules and progress updates.
• Maintain safe, compliant job sites with required licenses and insurance.
• Deliver measurable results by keeping on schedule and protecting margins.
