Job summary

CSG Talent seeks an experienced Project Manager for a well-established Southern California General Contractor. The role leads construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors while ensuring compliance with public works and DSA/education construction standards. Strong GC and field coordination experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience working for a General Contractor.
• Strong experience with public works and/or education construction.
• DSA experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Take overall responsibility for project budget, schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential delays.
• Ensure projects comply with contract requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required.
• Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.

Responsibilities
