Job summary

Blueprint Hires is seeking an Owner's Representative/Construction Project Manager to oversee senior housing renovations and commercial projects across the Los Angeles metro area, representing clients from planning through completion.

The role requires a hands-on PM with strong client service, coordination of contractors and consultants, strict schedule and budget control, and travel up to 30% to sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management or Owner’s Representative experience on commercial construction projects.
• Commercial renovation experience; comparable experience with a Commercial General Contractor is acceptable.
• Senior housing experience preferred; post-tensioned (P.T.) concrete construction experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

A customer-focused General Contractor consultant is seeking an Owner's Representative/Construction Project Manager, to help them deliver senior housing renovations and commercial projects across the LA metro area while representing their clients interests from planning through completion.

Your Day Includes

• Manage multiple commercial renovation projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
• Represent owners and coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project progress.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate project activities, with travel up to 30%.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of project management or Owner’s Representative experience on commercial construction projects.
