Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Construction Project Manager specializing in low voltage and ML rack infrastructure to lead critical environments projects in Fort Wayne. You will drive project delivery, coordinate with design teams using Autodesk/Procore, and ensure on-budget, on-schedule execution for data centers and related facilities.

You will independently manage the full project scope, mentor teams, oversee design coordination, and coordinate with EORs, subs, and the client to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, client-focused, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating multiple components.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure client vision is realized and projects stay on track.
• Oversee design coordination and QA/QC of drawings and documents.
