Job summary

MGAC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager to lead high‑visibility, data‑center and hospital projects. This full‑time role requires 4+ years in construction project management and a solid background in building design and construction processes.

You will oversee design, scheduling, budget, and documentation with Autodesk/Procore, mentor teams, and ensure the client’s vision is achieved while maintaining collaboration and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 3+ years focused on project management in telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber optics construction.
• Experience with design, installation, and commissioning of structured cabling/low-voltage networks and ML compute infra.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components.
• Mentor and lead teams, managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client relationship and align with client’s vision.
