Job summary

VTrips is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for vacation property owners, ensuring retention, performance, and profitability of the owner portfolio. You will partner with Property Care Managers to deliver exceptional service and develop local community relationships for business development opportunities.

Core duties include reviewing QC walks, logging conversations, updating property information, and coordinating with Revenue/Marketing to meet pacing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for property owners to ensure retention and profitability.
• Coordinate with Care Managers to address unit needs and owner concerns.
• Log owner communications and update property records in Track/QC tools.
• Review activity and collaborate with Revenue/Marketing to meet pacing goals.
• Respond to owner inquiries promptly, maintaining service standards.
