Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in structural engineering or related capital projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Demonstrated depth in structural systems, load paths, foundations, framing, and design reviews.
• Experience reviewing drawings, calculations, and codes to identify gaps and risks.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams on major capital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side technical leadership for major capital projects.
• Review calculations, drawings, and specifications for gaps and risks.
• Support planning studies, concept reviews, and cost-quality tradeoffs.
• Develop and maintain structural design standards, guides, and checklists.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and operations.
