Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's side. You will write the project quality plan, set the surveillance and audit program for contractors and suppliers, qualify vendors, and report quality performance to the project manager and the owner's quality organization.

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification; ASQ CQA or CMQ-OE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review QC plans and inspector qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
