Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's or EPC's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs for contractors and suppliers, and report quality performance to the project manager and the owner's quality organization.

Responsibilities include leading surveillance/audits, qualifying vendors, reviewing contractor QC plans, and owning nonconformance, corrective actions, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• Ability to write quality requirements for contractors to execute.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers; qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
