Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own the quality program on capital projects. You will write the quality plan, lead surveillance/audits, and qualify vendors and inspectors to ensure turnover-ready records.

You will manage nonconformance, corrective actions, and lessons learned, reporting metrics to project leadership and the owner's quality organization. This role requires strong experience in owner-side quality programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.
• ASQ CQA or CMQ-OE preferred.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
• Review and accept contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
