Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Design Services & Technical Oversight Lead to act as the owner's representative on pharmaceutical capital programs. You will lead oversight across multiple projects, review GMP-critical design packages, and drive technical governance to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.

This role partners with EPCs, consultants, and operations to manage risk and enable fast-track delivery. Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in engineering leadership, a PE license, and deep GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 20+ years in engineering, design management, or owner-side oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side technical oversight across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Serve as independent technical authority for design quality and governance.
• Review deliverables to ensure GMP compliance and regulatory commitments.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary design reviews with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
