What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Homeowner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with individual homeowners through proactive outreach (meetings, home visits, and functions) and consistent follow-up.

Professional Communication: Master verbal, written, and digital communication in a professional setting.

Problem Solving & Resolution: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex owner issues and complaints, turning potential friction points into long-term loyalty.

Database & Data Management: Utilize and update industry-standard database applications to accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records.
