Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a major industrial project to convert rare earth oxides into metals. The role centers on owner-side process engineering Leadership, overseeing documentation and interfacing with external EPCs during scale-up and startup.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of industrial process engineering, strong PFD/P&ID experience, and a track record of guiding high-temperature, materials-intensive processes from definition through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in industrial process engineering.
• Experience working with external engineering partners or EPCs.
• Proven ability to develop and own process documentation and design bases.

Responsibilities

• Own the process definition for production scale metallization from raw materials to product handling.
• Manage timelines and deliverables with external EPCs and interfaces with internal/external teams.
• Maintain core process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, design bases and operating philosophies.
