American Avenue Property Management (AA) seeks an Associate Owner's Representative to uphold nationwide quality as we scale the SFR3 portfolio. You will be the owner in the field, driving team performance, inspections, and adherence to SFR3 standards while partnering with headquarters.

You’ll manage turn-key renovations, coordinate with renovation managers, and ensure timely, budget-conscious completions. A strong ownership mindset and HVAC/plumbing expertise are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
• Travel daily within your metro to inspect homes and ensure SFR3 standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor renovation managers and field teams to meet budget and quality goals.
• Walk every home during Renovation phase and sign off on completion.
