Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Pacific Northwest team, supporting capital improvement, infrastructure, and community development across Clallam County and the Olympic Peninsula.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The candidate will manage diverse markets including transportation, aviation, utilities, healthcare, K-12 and higher education,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in project management or related development and construction activities.
• Experience managing complex building, infrastructure, residential, or public-sector capital projects in client-facing roles.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative and trusted advisor to public agencies, Tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, and institutional clients.
• Manage capital projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, forecasts, procurement strategies, and project controls.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders for project execution.
• Oversee design coordination, construction administration, contract compliance, change management, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Review schedules, payments, change orders, and deliverables; monitor progress and provide corrective actions.
