Vanir (PNW-Pacific Northwest) seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead construction management activities for K‑12 new construction and renovation projects. The role supports all project phases, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Reports to the Project Director and may supervise administrative staff, project engineers, and assistant CM/PM personnel. Position may be required to travel to other projects throughout the state of Washington. This position will support construction in the Education Sector.
