Peak Projects in Miami, FL, is seeking an Owner’s Representative I with 6-8 years of real estate experience in high-end residential projects to lead and mentor junior staff while coordinating with SOR, RP, and AOR on project plans, budgets, and change orders.

The role focuses on client interactions, vendor coordination, and ensuring design and construction plans align with project objectives, with a hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of real estate experience in high-end residential architecture, construction, and/or owner's representation/project management (ideally with projects over $10M in GC costs)
• Strong contract negotiation and administration skills; ability to oversee consultant and vendor coordination
• Advanced proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and electrical plans, as well as shop drawings
• Ability to independently project manage with little to no oversight
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to guide teams and manage stakeholders
• Excellent written/verbal communication across clients and team members, with strong presentation skills
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Docusign, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Owner’s Representatives (SOR) and Regional Principals (RP) in developing detailed project plans and budgets and manage weekly updates, ensuring team effectiveness
• Oversee the Associate Owner’s Representative (AOR) in managing and resolving complex change orders
• Conduct due diligence and discovery for all new projects with the AOR’s assistance, ensuring vendor and GC selections meet project standards
• Negotiate and provide recommendations while offering creative insights on value engineering
