Key Responsibilities

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Assist the Owner’s Representative (OR) and Senior Owner’s Representative (SOR) with managing clients and drafting client communication.
  • Read, negotiate, and execute all project‑related contracts with the OR.
  • Assist the OR with conducting prospective architect & consultant due diligence.
  • Analyze recurring project issues and discuss with OR, and brainstorm solutions.

Budget and Timeline Management

  • Draft and present comprehensive project status reports to the OR.
  • Draft & maintain the development budget and flag any issues to the OR.
  • Assist the OR with invoices and pay applications review.
  • Log and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all vendors and track expiration dates.
  • Analyze and understand complex change orders.

Project Coordination and Documentation

  • Manage and own all projects in Salesforce including project setup and creating all different phases, and structure per project.
  • Own all data entries related to each project.
  • Draft meeting agendas, draft meeting minutes, schedule all project meetings, and distribute approved minutes to the team.
  • Audit and organize all project files in correct folders, name things accurately, and maintain version control.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 4-6 years of experience in high‑end residential architecture, construction, and/or owners representation/project management
  • Experience with managing large‑scale residential projects over $20MM.
  • Basic understanding of construction projects, particularly in residential development.
  • Experience with project budgets, schedules, invoices, and change orders.
  • Understanding of contract administration, vendor due diligence, and consultant management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, CRM software, and administrative platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage contracts, insurance tracking, and due diligence on consultants.
  • Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Docusign, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly, work both independently and as a team member, and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly detailed, organized and efficient manner.
  • High emotional intelligence, ability to read a room and manage numerous personalities.
  • Operate in an empathic, collaborative, and rigorous manner.
  • Ability to respond to Peak team members, external team members and clients quickly.

  • Holiday Time – You will also receive 9 paid holidays per year, plus a 4 day office closure at the end of the year between Christmas and New Years Eve

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
