Job summary

Peak Projects in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Senior Owner’s Representative to lead high‑end residential and select hospitality projects. You will develop detailed plans and budgets, oversee change orders, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in real estate or owners representation, experience with projects over $10M, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of real estate experience in high‑end residential architecture, construction, or owners representation.
• 1e“Projects over $10M in GC costs” experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Owner’s Representatives (SOR) and Regional Principals (RP) in developing detailed project plans and budgets and manage weekly updates.
