Peak Projects in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Owner’s Representative II to oversee high-end residential and select hospitality projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and advise senior leadership with proactive project insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate experience in high-end residential architecture, construction, and owners representation.
• Budget planning expertise for building complex construction budgets.
• Proficiency in Excel to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes.
• Contract negotiation and consultant/vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and electrical plans; ability to mentor juniors.
• Strong leadership and experience mentoring others and leading client engagements.
• Ability to identify risks, manage change orders, and align projects strategically.
• Solid communication with clients in written and verbal forms; escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-value projects ($5M–$20M+ hard costs) from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans and budgets with milestone schedules.
• Conduct due diligence and vendor selections meeting standards.
• Lead client engagements; ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.
• Oversee consultant and vendor coordination; guide design and construction plans.
• Mentor AORs; approve meeting agendas and minutes for efficiency.
• Oversee invoicing and pay applications; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Adopt new project management tools to improve team performance.
