Talent Solutions Partners in Nashville seeks an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to oversee upcoming and existing multifamily developments. The role focuses on delivery, change management, and alignment with owner and developer goals.

Based in Nashville with weekly/bi-monthly travel to project sites across states, you will ensure seamless collaboration among construction teams, operators, and stakeholders to achieve project success and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to manage changes during construction.
• Strong communication with owners and operators.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
