Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Nashville is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to lead delivery of multifamily developments and coordinate owner and developer goals throughout construction.

Based in Nashville with regular state-to-state travel, you will monitor progress, manage change orders, and ensure all owner-requested changes are executed while keeping the owner and operators aligned for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multifamily Project Manager transitioning toward owner side.
• Ability to manage construction progress and changes during delivery.
• Strong coordination between construction and operator to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
