Management Performance Associates in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will manage the construction progress, control changes, and ensure that owner and developer goals are met, including coordination with vendors and systems used for key items.

This on-site role requires frequent travel to projects across the Southeast; there is no remote or hybrid work.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
