Based in Nashville with weekly to bi-monthly travel across states, you will manage construction progress, changes, and coordination between construction teams and operators to protect the owner's goals and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
