Qualifications

• Experience as Owner's Representative/Senior Construction Project Manager preferred.
• Strong ability to manage changes during construction and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering multifamily/ commercial projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
