Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a boutique owner's representation and consultancy role in New York City.

You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating between clients, consultants, and contractors, while managing schedules and budgets to drive results. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a GC/CM or related space, with comfort transitioning to an Owner's Representative mindset and a strong track record managing multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in GC/CM, architecture, or engineering.
• Experience with CapEx projects, Local Law / FISP, or interior building infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to shift from a GC mindset to an Owner's Representative perspective.
• Demonstrated comfort building schedules and budgets and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple projects end-to-end, acting as the central point between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Build and manage project schedules and budgets to meet goals.
• Write bid documents, review leveling sheets, and handle construction management paperwork.
• Solve problems in real time to keep projects on track.
