The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in construction project management and a strong track record managing substantial capital projects, embodying the firm's commitment to representing client's interests effectively.

Formación

• 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
• Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ capital projects.
• Strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex capital programs from planning through closeout.
• Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
