Cogent CRE Recruitment is seeking a capable project manager to oversee a portfolio of smaller concurrent projects end to end, while actively supporting larger ground-up and major renovation efforts. You will work closely with the principal, gain direct client exposure, and enjoy a high degree of variety in a boutique environment.

• 6-10 years in construction, architecture or engineering.
• Experience juggling multiple jobs as lead PM.
• Experience on larger-scale $50M projects (APM helpful).
