Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager-Owner's Rep for Higher Education in Princeton, NJ. You will oversee design, construction, and closeout phases of educational projects, including interiors, ensuring goals meet budget and schedule constraints.

Join a team focused on leading complex projects, maintaining strong client relations, and delivering value through coordination with architects, engineers, and other consultants.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building design/construction, architecture and/or engineering with MEP experience.
• Prior Owner's Rep experience preferred.
• Experience with permits and zoning laws preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, codes and contracts.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.
