Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead design, construction, and closeout phases for higher education projects. You will manage multiple projects, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and build strong relationships with owners and consultants.

The role emphasizes PM process expertise, coordination with architects/engineers, and proactive risk management to meet client goals and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in building design/construction, architecture, and/or engineering.
• Higher Ed project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP systems.
• Knowledge of permitting and zoning laws.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, PM models, financial management, codes and contract law.
• Experience with FF&E processes and client relations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage concurrent construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Understand and apply the PM process and manage stakeholders' goals within time and budget constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate scheduling, logistics, cost, quality, and progress issues; negotiate change orders.
• Review project documents, budgets, schedules, and contracts for conformance and constructibility.
• Prepare monthly reports, budgets, schedules, presentations, and other project documents.
• Oversee staff performance and deliverables.
