Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Owner's Rep - Project Manager for corporate interiors projects in the US. You will own projects end-to-end, act as the client advisor, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality interiors.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/owner's rep, strong corporate interiors experience, and ability to lead multiple projects while building relationships for new work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction PM or owner's rep.
  • Strong corporate interiors delivery experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Experience managing 3–6 concurrent projects.
  • Established AEC network to bring in new work.
  • Leadership with mentoring responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS 365 and Bluebeam.
  • Solid budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts.
  • Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

This Project Manager will take full ownership of complex corporate interior and base-building projects, leading them from preconstruction advisory through closeout while acting as a trusted client advisor. Description

The Owner's Rep - Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeout
  • Acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycle
  • Managing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project delivery
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Overseeing contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
  • Running project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders
  • Reviewing and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentation
  • Mentoring and support junior team members while driving team performance
  • Contributing to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Supporting proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies
Profile

The Owner's Rep - Project Manager - Corporate Interiors should have:

  • 5+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experience
  • Strong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)
  • Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new work
  • Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts
  • Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
  • PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required
Job Offer
