Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the MNAA CIP in Nashville. The role focuses on defining project scope, planning, and the development of engineering and construction documents.

You will manage procurement, contracts, and coordination across departments to meet schedules and standards. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience, understands airport operations, and has served as an Owner's Representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of airport operations and aviation facility construction.
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative.
• Experience managing landside or facility-related projects.
• Strong PM skills with emphasis on planning, design, procurement, and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope of project, planning/concept documents, engineering documents, and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents as project dictates.
• Manages contract development and procurement selection.
• Leads architectural/engineering and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees reviews for all submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Administer and attend meetings, reviews submittals, and project closeout.
• Reports and maintains project reporting and database through tenant project.
