Bloom Companies LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative on commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will advocate for the owner, coordinate multiple prime contractors, control costs and schedules, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial construction management (as Construction Manager or Owner’s Rep).
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, manage multiple contractors, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, multi-tasking, and communication abilities.
• Experience with Wisconsin building codes/permitting, LEED/sustainable practices, or municipal/educational/healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, budgeting, estimating, risk mitigation, and subcontractor bidding. Review documents for constructability and set project schedules.
• Lead weekly site meetings, monitor schedules/quality, manage RFIs/submittals, negotiate change orders, and review pay applications.
• Act as the primary owner liaison, resolve stakeholder conflicts, ensure site safety compliance, and mentor junior staff.
