Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Project Director (Owners Representative) for large-scale data center campuses in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide executive leadership across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating PMs, engineers, and contractors to meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets.

You will manage governance, client relations, and risk management, ensuring operational readiness and successful occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of leading large-scale construction programs.
• 10+ years in data centers or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Experience with programs >$500M in value and multi-project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Represent Owner for planning, design, construction and turnover of datacenters.
• Lead Project Managers, design teams, and contractors across programs.
• Governance, reporting structures, and communication protocols.
• Oversee scheduling, budget, risks, and quality for multiple projects.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization while ensuring ops readiness.
