Safety Management Group, LLC is seeking a local Owner's Rep in the Lehigh Valley, PA area to provide environmental services and coordinate the implementation of environmental compliance programs across projects. The Environmental Advisor will oversee permits, policies, and procedures to meet corporate environmental goals and regulatory requirements.

You will lead site inspections, training, and audits, and collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement in

Competenze

• 7 years of environmental experience
• Experience on construction projects performing environmental services
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Studies, Geology, or similar
• Thorough knowledge of environmental studies and regulatory compliance
• Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and initiative

Mansioni

• Provide environmental compliance oversight for construction activities.
• Support compliance with NPDES, RCRA, Stormwater, Air Permits, and SPCC requirements.
• Develop and manage environmental plans, permits, documentation, and records.
• Conduct site inspections and compliance assessments to identify environmental risks.
• Partner with contractors to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and permit requirements.
• Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver environmental training, guidance, and coaching to project teams and contractors.
• Support regulatory audits, agency interactions, and project-specific environmental programs.
