The Concord Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Project Manager II with 3–5 years’ experience to lead capital construction projects on behalf of Owners. You will guide project teams from conception through activation, coordinate budgets and schedules, and report to clients.

Travel within Florida may be required. The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and clear written and verbal communication to protect Owner interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Construction Management related field (relevant technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree).
• Strong knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.
• Healthcare Experience is strongly desired but not required.
• 3-5 Years' Experience is ideal for the job.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-profile capital construction projects as Owner's Representative.
• Provide PM support to the entire project team.
• Maintain and report project budgets and schedules.
• Produce written reports, schedules, and related correspondence for clients.
• Attend meetings to Represent the Owner's interests.
