Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is seeking a Project Manager II in Orlando to provide overall management direction on complex projects. You will establish project objectives, budgets, and serve as the primary client contact while monitoring construction and financial activities with the Project Team.

You will be responsible for the financial results of the project and safety on site, while guiding the team through pre-construction, startup, and ongoing execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of construction experience; or 8 years of construction related experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager I.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management direction on complex project(s).
• Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets; serves as primary client contact.
• Monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Project Team.
• Responsible for the financial results of the project.
• Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
• Lead pre-construction duties and manage transition and startup processes.
• Manage cost and schedule; manage cash flow; direct and oversee staff.
• Manage client relationships; generate and submit technical records.
• Oversee construction processes and project safety and risk management.
