Job summary

MPI in Orlando is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. The role requires strong Procore skills, CPM scheduling, and subcontractor management for ground-up or renovation work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with a general contractor, plus familiarity with federal or public-sector projects and rigorous cost control. Compensation reflects a competitive package aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction experience, preferably in project management with a general contractor.
• Procore experience for construction project management and documentation.
• Experience with federal, government, or public-sector projects is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling, including schedule updates and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, subcontractor payments, procurement and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams.
• Develop and update CPM schedules, identify critical path and forecast timelines.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and profitability while addressing overruns.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, change orders, payments, and document control.
