Hirewell is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as the owner's representative on ground-up senior living developments across Ohio. You will oversee third-party general contractors and drive projects from groundbreaking to opening, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and risk are actively managed.

The role requires hands-on site oversight, coordination with lenders and operating teams, and travel to project sites. Bachelor’s in CM/CE/Arch or related field preferred.

• Must have proven construction management experience on ground-up projects.
• Experience serving as owner's representative with GC oversight.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, cost control, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Serve as owner's representative and manage day-to-day with third-party GCs.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Lead OAC meetings and resolve RFIs, submittals, COs, and field issues.
• Review pay apps, budgets, contingency, COs, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Review schedules, critical path, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Support lender/investor construction monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate owner-furnished/contracted scopes including FF&E, tech, signage, utilities.
• Manage closeout, punch lists, commissioning, warranties, turnover to ops.
• Travel regularly to active project sites throughout Ohio.
