Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking an Owner’s Representative to support active and proposed development projects. This hands-on, field-oriented role focuses on owner-purchased scope and coordinates with GC and subs to ensure timely openings across Midwest communities.

Travel to Ohio and Chicago corporate office as needed; the role reports to Senior Project Manager and supports pre-opening and post-opening transitions for senior living developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, construction coordination, or project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating owner-purchased and vendor-direct scopes is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable with travel to project sites and frequent site walks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate owner-purchased and owner-furnished scope (FF&E, appliances, tech, signage) outside GC contract.
• Track lead times, deliveries, and installation schedules against construction schedule.
• Serve as on-site owner contact for vendor access, sequencing, and staging.
• Support pre-opening activities and ensure spaces are move-in ready.
• Travel to project sites for progress shadowing and status reporting.
