Qualifications

• Active OHIO PE license or CCM certification required.
• 4+ years' experience in construction, design, and management.
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, scheduling, and cost control.
• Heavy Industrial, Water/Wastewater, and/or Utilities sector experience preferred.
• Proficient with project scheduling software (P6/MS Project) and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management on behalf of the Owner for large, complex projects.
• Manage inspection staff for quality control and unit price verification.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and participate in new business development.
