Araina Group is seeking a Construction Manager (Owner’s Rep) to lead capital projects in Miami, FL, representing the owner across design, permitting, construction, and tenant handover. The role requires strong delivery of renovation, conversion, or retail projects in South Florida and proven coordination with leasing and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of local codes, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a lean team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting, development or owner’s representation.
• Proven delivery of renovation, conversion or retail projects, ideally in South Florida.
• Working knowledge of South Florida permitting and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Representing the owner and leading capital projects from early design through completion and tenant handover.
• Report to senior leadership and coordinate with leasing and development teams.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
