Job summary

Araina Group in Miami seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with owners, design teams and subs. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with a commercial GC, a track record of $20M+ projects in South Florida, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Track record delivering projects of $20M+ in South Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout as the main owner contact.
• Collaborate with owner, design team and subcontractors to meet goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules and safety plans.
• Ensure quality, risk management and client satisfaction.
