ACS Professional Staffing seeks a Construction Administration Project Manager for Spokane, WA. This direct-hire, remote-role candidate will lead construction administration from start to closeout, interfacing with engineers, contractors, owners, and stakeholders.

Travel to sites is required, typically every two weeks to monthly, with travel estimating at Washington locations. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 DOE.

Formación

• Significant experience in construction administration and/or construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, contractors, owners, and inspectors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites throughout Washington State.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day construction administration activities from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with agenda and documented outcomes.
• Attend/lead meetings; produce minutes, action items and follow-ups.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings; research answers in drawings/specs.
• Serve as owner-rep contact between engineers, contractors, owners, architects, PMs.
• Review pay applications and confirm work-in-place before approval.
• Review change orders; provide owner recommendations on scope, cost, schedule.
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent and contract compliance.
• Develop and track punch lists; verify corrective work completion.
• Support project closeout with O&M manuals, warranties, and records.
