Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking Owner's Representative Civil Inspectors for contract roles on utility-scale solar and BESS projects across the US. You will inspect civil works on the owner's behalf — covering grading, roads, foundations, piling and drainage — verifying that installation meets drawings, specifications and geotechnical requirements.

This position requires hands-on field inspection, reporting daily findings, coordinating with QA/QC teams, and ensuring compliant implementation

Qualifications

• Civil inspection experience on solar, renewables or heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of pile testing, compaction testing and geotechnical requirements.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR
• Ability to read civil drawings, grading plans and specifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, access roads, drainage, foundations and pile installation
• Verify works against approved drawings, specifications and ITPs
• Document daily inspection reports, non-conformances and photographic records
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team and third-party testing agencies
